Summer Karate Course

We use training courses as part of your syllabus for grading. If you have not attended a course, you will not be allowed to grade.
What to expect:
Syllabus training: Kicks, strikes, blocks and punches, Kata, Sparring, Bag work, Teamwork
What you will need:
Your gi (you can also wear your T-shirt for the course, if agreed with Shihan)
